Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager/Strategist is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.

This position is full time salaried with benefits, including attendance at Social Media, blogging and industry-specific conferences.

We are seeking a curious & motivated executive to join our award winning social media team.

You will support our large client base with social media & digital outreach activity across various client types (B2C & B2B) and industry sectors.

Your key responsibility will be community management and the evolution of social media campaigns on channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

The role includes:

  • Source and manage the social assets and copy for several accounts
  • Community management including responding to user queries and escalating when necessary
  • Reporting on the statistics of social channels and campaigns
  • Your role is key in supporting other members of the social media, marketing and content teams and you will have the ability to multi-task across various projects and platforms is essential.

You will need to be an experienced social media marketing professional. Someone who can devise solid paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness for clients across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other major social platforms, it's a role with a lot of responsibility and scope for growth, ideal for someone looking for career progression to senior level

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the on-boarding of new clients by planning, creating and implementing social media strategies
  • Proactively manage & maintain social media channels with large audiences and create engaging and relevant content in collaboration with the creative and copy teams
  • Manage social media budgets and produce monthly reports on ROI and campaign performance
  • Plan, execute, optimise paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple markets
  • Provide digital PR Support
  • Act as a vocal advocate for Social Media across all clients and within the agency
